I grew up in the North Country and have lived over half of my life in the Tri Lakes area and the other half in the Champlain Valley. After college I started a career in law enforcement. I retired as a law enforcement supervisor after twenty one years of service for the Saranac Lake Police Department. 

After retiring I taught Security and Law Enforcement for CVES for a number of years. I’ve also had the great opportunity to work in various school districts across the North Country in several roles since retiring.

My passion for the Adirondacks and the great outdoors drove me to establish my seasonal outfitting business, Irish Raider Outfitters LLC, which provides tourists and local residents outdoor experiences fishing and exploring the Adirondacks.
